051 “Making The Cut, with Whit Watson”

In June of 2023, I did a podcast with Orlando Sentinel columnist and Orlando radio host Mike Bianchi. After we had finished recording and I still had him on the line, I asked him why Orlando’s 96.9 The Game had no local golf shows — a no-brainer, considering Orlando’s status as one of the golf capitals of the world. That started a conversation with iHeartRadio in Orlando that blossomed into this radio show. With support from iHeart and Streetrod Golf Cars, we knocked out 35 episodes in 2024, and now take a break to regroup and come back in 2025, bigger and better. The show has already expanded to Jacksonville and will hopefully expand further to iHeart stations around the state. Here’s the latest episode, and thanks for listening.
